master beater

Ok, so since this past "spring break" week has been so wet and cold, I haven't gotten to do all that good beach going surfing tennis-ing and sunny sunny sunny goodness stuff. So I've been surfing around on the computer instead and I found this cool nintendo emulator that can play real nintendo games on your computer! Ok, so Spencer said it's been around for years but I just found it so it's new to me. Anyway, I was so happy because ever since my real nintendo system went ka-put years and years ago, I've been DYING to play the good old favorites, y'know, super mario 2, legend of zelda, megaman, dr. mario, punch out and metroid and stuff. It's so much fun, plus super nostalgic too. I even busted out all those old Nintendo Power magazines, remember those? Man, I had like the biggest subscription, between me and my sister we might have every single issue since it started to when I was too old for video game magazines. Remember in elem school when we used to talk about what games you "mastered" and how quickly you could do it? It'd be like, what, new game, man I mastered that already, it was so easy, I mastered it like the first day. Man, I used to borrow buttloads of games from blockbuster and see if I could finish them before I had to return them. What a great childhood. The funny thing is that I remember exactly how to play and beat all those games, weird.
Anyway, just thought I'd share my late-80's nostalgia with y'all, it's so much fun. We need to bring those games back, none of this x-box junk. Haha, anyway, I was looking for a picture to post up with this post and look what crap I found... I just couldn't resist posting it too!

PS - No, I am not this crazy, but it's funny to laugh at people who are.
