Kung Fu Hustle

Keeping in line with my new year's resolution to like more things, I've decided to actually RECOMMEND a movie! That's right! A MOVIE! That means that I: 1) saw it, and 2) liked it. Shout out to Spencer for finding out about this movie at the International Film Festival, I had no idea what it was about but I was pleasantly surprised. It's been a while since I've seen a movie that I liked, mostly because I think that most movies are: 1) too overdramatic, 2) filled with unnecessary computer amination, or 3) overly hyped with preview trailers that show you the entire movie. But this movie was just the right amount of silly fight scenes with a don't-really-need-to-think-about plot and a whole bunch of ridiculous ridiculous actors who do very very stupid things, in a fun way. Anyway, I think that we all need more utter ridiculousness in our lives so go watch this movie, you can visit the movie website here and play the fun games, but actually I don't recommend watching the trailer, it's way better if you go in not knowing what to expect at all (as it should be with all movies, I think). Hey, I think that I just might be growing as a person, what's up next? Maybe I'll try to start liking Backstreet Boys, since they're back and all, hmm... then again that might be pushing it.
