Because I'm sure you're all very interested (right? right.)... I present to you my day via photoblog.
8:00 am. this is the first thing I saw this morning. way to early to be up, why am I up so early? only two more weeks of vacation, gotta make the most of each moment...
...but I'm so dead tired, I'm going back to sleep. I dreamt about spaceships, and being on some kind of mission, it was a fun mission, plus I had laser guns.
This is the next thing I see when I wake up. Why do I wake up? Because my radio went on and dumb Hudson and Scotty B are talking about Morton's Toe. What the heck is Morton's Toe? It was so dumb it woke me up out of sheer annoyance.
Dang. This is morton's toe, it's when your second toe is longer than your big toe. Hudson said that in Hollywood a very common procedure (for girls and guys) is to surgically reduce the length of the second toe so that girls can wear cuter shoes. Fine whatever, but that doesn't solve the problem, then you're just gonna have to shave down the other three nubs as well right? So why not just get a big toe implant to even things out? Dumb-butts.
Crap. I slept that long, the day's almost half done already.
Okay okay, time to get up, get dressed, what is today monday? Okay, gotta go to the gym, maybe buy lunch... gotta get to it. Hey, I never said this was a pretty blog, it's real life hommie!
Uh oh, first change of plans, a call from Spencer, gonna go surfing instead.
But first... breakfast! Yay, mushy old banana! And some cheerios! Honey nut cheerios!
Time for some History Channel! Today was "Rome: Engineering an Empire." I highly recommend it, they discuss architechual marvels (aqueducts, estates, bathouses, the collesium) and the history behind the emperors that created them. Man, those Romans were messed up! Gotta watch it.
Planning is hard! Back to business... trying to figure out hotel and car for kyle's wedding. Sorry for all the phone calls, lots of plan changing today, but I think we finally got it squared away.
Hmm, another hour to kill before surfing, let's see what The A-Dog's up to. Or maybe I should say The A-Dawg, so as not to confuse it with the a(indefinite article)-dog. Oh well, The A-Dawg was being lazy, couldn't hardly even lift her head, fine we'll play later.
Hey lookie what came in the mail today, play tickets! See you guys on the 21st.
Nice summer day weather, good for surfing. Don't matter about the waves, as long as there's nice weather and I'm out on the water I'm happy.
Spencer, on the other hand, is all about the waves/swells/breaks. He'd surf in a blizzard with a thunderstorm in the middle of a tornando during el nino if the waves were 4-6. Anyway, we went with Joe, Rahel, Daniel and his friend. It was fun, a little too rough to try and teach them though, but it was fun. Plus, Boston's pizza for the post-session scarf-down = yummy. This is the first a new series I will be posting, it's called "The A-Dawg meets Morey Bodyboard." I apologize for my awful cameramanship, or however you call it, this video actually does not do justice to the amount of crazy that The A-Dawg went over seeing this board. I'll do better next time, fo' shizzle.
Well, that does it for monday. My goal for tomorrow: wake up earlier. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. Hmm, well see.
